Press Release Summary = Tulsa OKlahoma August 10th 11th and 12th. The Oklahoma Chevelle and ElCamino Owners Association are hosting the 19th Annual Regional Car show in the Tulsa Convention Center August 10th 11th and 12th 2006.
Press Release Body = The 19th Annual Midwest Chevelle and El Camino Regional plus, A Classic Chevy Car Show 1955-1972 including A Pontiac, Oldsmobile, Buick, Monte Carlo, \"A\" Body Car show from 1964-1972.
The event will attract 200-300 hundred participant.The event will be held inside the air-conditioned , Tulsa Convention Center in downtown Tulsa. Security will be on hand.
This car show promises to be one of the states biggest and is a great family adventure, with lots of activities for the whole family.
*Live D.J. playing Music from the 50\'s and 60\'s *Youth Activites including a model building contest, a coloring contest and Youth Judging Activity. * Great Food and Drinks * Of course lots of your favorite Classic Cars from the 60\'s and 70\'s
The show is open to the public Friday from 8:00 AM till 5:00 Pm and Saturday from 9:30 AM until the Awards at 6:30 PM. Admission is only $1.00 at the door and any donations will be gladly accepted.
The Oklahoma Chevelle and El Camino Owners Association was formed to encourage the preservation of the 1964 thru 1988 Chevelle\'s and El Camino models. We offer help and encouragement to anyone who owns, restores and drives one of these models as well as any other old car enthusiast.
\" This show is a huge event for our club to take on\" says Tim Kelly Public Relations for the club. \"Normallythese car shows are outside, and this year it\'s already getting hot. With this show you can view all of these cars in Air Conditioning for only a buck, it just doesn\'t get any better than that.\"
Our Club is a not for profit organizationand all excess funds not used for the club functions are contributed to various charitable organizationsevery year. In the past, these funds have been used to support the Battered Womens Shelter, buy Christmas Gifts for for the needyand to the Blue Star Mothers .
